Q: I’m having trouble accessing the app. What should I do?

B: If you’ve already downloaded the app but are having trouble logging in: Double-check that you are using the same name and email you used at the time of purchase. Then, log in here: Log In to SoulFit If you’re still having issues, please reach out through the contact form and our support team will be happy to help you.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime by going to your Account Settings inside the app and selecting Manage Subscription option. From there, you’ll see the option to cancel. If you run into any issues, you can also fill out the contact form below and our support team will take care of it for you.

Q: What’s included in the free trial?

You get full access to Bethany’s top programs, devotionals, challenges, recipes, and more, completely free for 7 days. After that, your subscription will continue automatically unless canceled before the trial ends.

Q: I didn’t receive my welcome email, what do I do?

If you don’t see the welcome email within 12 hours of signing up, please double-check your spam or promotions folder. Still missing? Fill out the contact form below and we’ll resend it manually.

What do I do if it asks for a pin?

You do not need to enter a pin, there should also be a link that says "click here to log in". If that doesn't work, please click HERE to log in using the email and password you used at the time of purchase.
